There is screw feeding system which produces lot of dusting which affect labour's health and efficiency. |

HOPPER |

MAGNETIC GRILL |

| We have incorporated Rotary air lock vane feeder for uniform feeding and it's rotor is supported at both the ends with ZZ ball bearings so that there is hardly any maintenance. |
FEEDER |
There is screw feeding system with brass bush which produces lot of dusting due to back pressure of air, Bush bearing wears ot last and this result in breakage of screw due to cantiliver design. |
| We provide standard oil coated and long life gearbox for feeder drive so that it can be easily repaired or replaced any where. |
FEEDER DRIVE |
There is a non standard gear is provided and hence spares or gear is not readily available and you have to depend upon manufacturer. |
| We provide water cooling jacket as a standard supply. |
WATER COOLING JACKET |

| We provide balanced, easily replaceable and reversible beaters. We have different beater designs to suit different applications of grinding for abrasive material we provide stelatised (Hard faced) beatres for long life and good performance. |
BEATERS |
There are forged replaceable and reversible beaters are provided. |
| To change the screen no need to braze or spot weld with frame but simply screen is to be inserted in to frame. No skills labour required. |
SCREEN FRAME |
It requires spot welding or brazing to fix new screen and a seperate screen frame is required for different screen. |
| We provide totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) main bearing housing with fins and greasing points for long life of bearings and smooth working. We always use genuine SKF/TATA/NBC main bearing housing in the housing. |
BEARING HOUSING |
Simple bearing housing with oil lubrication are provided. |
| High tempreature resistance grease is used as bearing lubrication for long time bearing life. Greasing is required every month or two. We recommend Mosil BRB-100 grease. |
LUBRICATION |
Normal oil / grease is used as bearing lubrication |
| We also provide Pulveriser with following labour saving system at an extra cost : (1) Per crusher for regulated size feeding (2) Continuos discharge system even during grinding |
